Kim Tullos-Smith Helped a family member of mine purchase a home and was always so helpful with finding local resources, and being available to help my Senior Family member.

She Provided local transportation and took my family member to purchase kitchen appliances. She also drove her to a furniture store to buy some furnishings, and all this was done after the closing of the home, from the goodness of her heart to help my family member. Kim was always professional and kind and reassuring during the move, and made everything about the move less stressful. Even after closing, she pick up food to go and delivered to the hotel, where my family was staying. Kim Tullos-Smith went beyond the normal range of responsibilities after closing and treated her with respect and a caring attitude. I will always recommend Kim Tullos-Smith to all my Family and friends.

We were moving from mid Atlantic and were very unfamiliar with the Georgia. She went above and beyond for us in every area. Very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. My husband and I have had many moves and different realtors in the past. No other realtor we have had comes close to the abilities and effort that Kim put in with us finding our dream house. Kim was very helpful when selling my parent’s home.

She was able to provide me with answers to the general process of selling a home and how the process should work and what to expect the whole way through. Kim was not my actual agent because she lives in a different state than the house that was sold, but I would not hesitate to use her in any future real estate transactions and highly recommend her.

"I moved 2700 miles from Anacortes, Washington to Newnan, Georgia to be near family because of Covid 19. My agent, Ms. Kim Tullos-Smith showed me a home on the Internet, while I was in Washington State. The house was $490,000 & listed to have 4500 sq ft. I am a 71 year old widow & I could barely afford the house but I badly needed the 4500 sq ft. as my late husband & I had a library & I am an artist. I wanted to keep my art & our library. The house was advertised by another associate at the same agency as having 4500 sq ft. & she represented the sellers. It was the height of the Covid scare, I saw the home by video tour & I bought it. I believed Ms. Tulles Smith. But, I was told an untruth. AFTER I bought the home I was told that the home was 3642 square feet. I feel that both agents are guilty of deception. The house is 900 sq. ft. less. The difference is huge. I have written to The manager of my agent's agency. No one will take the responsibility for the totally deceptive advertising and the additional totally deceptive verbal guarantee of this homes' square footage to me. I feel that I was deceived and taken advantage of because of my age of 71 years, & my trust in the Agency in Newnan,Georgia that she worked for. This sale to me was based on a deception. I feel that false advertising was used on their site to sell the home that I bought from Ms. Kim Tullos Smith & the other agent who represented the buyers. I must sell this home and buy another. My large pieces of art and my beloved library will not fit inside the house. Also, as I feel that I was deceived on purpose, I do not want to keep this house. This house is no longer my dream. It is a nightmare."
